The film is set in the beautiful Kashmir. Deepak(I S Johar) has a Photo Studio on a Houseboat in Jhelum river, along with his friend Raja(Rajendranath). Deepak loves Seema (Sayeeda Khan) a daughter of Janakidas (Badri Prasad) and Jankibai (Durga Khote). When Deepak goes to Janakidas with the marriage proposal, he is flatly refused- the reason being that Seema-the youngest of the five sisters-can not get married unless her four elder sisters get married. So, Seema and Deepak decide to first fix their marriages. All these sisters are of different tastes. Vidya (Praveen Chaudhary) is a writer and Language specialist, the next Menaka (Tabassum) is a Dancer, the next is Ragini (Malika) who is a Singer and the last Lily (Mumtaz) is a Sports person. All of them want husbands of their tastes only. After many comedy episodes, Deepak and Seema find grooms- Prakash (Prem Chopra), Ashok (Vivek), Kewal (Firoz Khan) and Raja (Rajendra Kumar). The girls also agree to marry them.

The last call for the flight to Stockholm is announced over the speakers. Shadi stands outside the gate and holds her mothers skirt as tight as she can. The mother caresses Shadis braided hair, and then tears her fingers apart from her daughter, and a man forces Shadi onto the plane. Shadi is eleven years old and all alone on her way to an unknown world. She ends up at an orphanage for unaccompanied children in Stockholm. But flashbacks from the war and nightmares make it hard for Shadi to tell the difference between reality and fantasy. The only thing she wants is to be with her mother again. And so one night she hears her mothers voice in the hall.

Vamsi is adopted after he saves Krishna's father from an accident. However, things turn bitter when he molests a lady a few years before she marries his stepbrother.

Majority Rules! is a Canadian tween comedy series which first aired on Teletoon in 2009. The series is also dubbed Votez Becky! for the French title. The production company Entertainment One began filming for the first season on January 12, 2009. The show had the distinction of being the first regular program on Teletoon, an animation channel, to be almost exclusively live-action.

Pune-based widower Omkar Nath used to work as a Headmaster with a local school. When he was fired, his son, Deepak, hired a lawyer to sue the school. The school was represented by none other than Omkar's live-in son-in-law, Vinayak Agrawal. After some years the Court finally came to a decision and the verdict was in favor of Omkar. However, since the school had no funds, it was directed to surrender it's school bus in lieu of wages. Deepak takes charge of this bus, finds out it's dilapidated and makes it roadworthy. He also decides to ply in on the Sonawadi - Ratna Chowk route, not knowing that his problems are just about to start.
